Section 199(1) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
(1)The Chief Executive Officer shall in each year, frame and place before the prescribed date, a budget showing the probable receipts and expenditure during the following year, and the [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] shall sanction the budget, with such modifications, if any, as it thinks fit.
