Section 14(1) in Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019
(1)planning permission or building permit granted under these rules shall be valid for five years from the date of issue and the construction shall be completed within the same. However the competent authority may on application made before the expiry date, extend the planning permission or building permit period as the case may be only once for another 3 years.
