Section 1(3) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1978
(3)It shall [come into force] [The Act came into force w.e.f. 1-2-1980 vide Notification No. 9-4-79-WET dated 1-2-1980 published in Official Gazette, Series I No. 45 dated 7-2-1980.] on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
