Section 9(1)(a) in The Haryana Medical Education Service Rules, 1988

(a)in the case of Director and Medical Superintendent :-

(i)by direct recruitment; or

(ii)by transfer or deputation of an official already in the service of any State Government or the Government of India or any institution;
