Section 71(2) in Madhya Pradesh Bhu-Rajasva Sanhita (Rajasva Nyayalayon Ki Prakriya) Niyam, 2019
(2)Where the property to be attached in the execution of a decree is a decree other than a decree of the nature referred to in sub-rule (1), the attachment shall be made by the Revenue Court by sending,-(a)a notice to the holder of the decree prohibiting him from transferring or charging the same in any way; and(b)a written request to the Court which passed the decree to stay its execution until such request is cancelled by the Revenue Court.
