Section 36(4) in Manipur International University Act, 2018

(4)The Chancellor of the University shall be the Special Adviser to the State in an honorary capacity especially on the matters of Education and Rural Development. He shall also be the Education and Cultural Ambassador of the State in an honorary capacity.
