Section 7(2) in State Bank of India Employees Provident Fund Regulations, 2015
(2)Save as provided in regulation 35, employees of the Bank who are members of the Imperial Bank of India Employees' Provident Fund or who are engaged in any country outside India and appointed for service in such country, shall not be eligible for membership of the Fund.
