41. Confirmation.
- A probationer shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of the period of probation, if:-(a)He has passed a department test of proficiency in Hindi unless he has passed in Hindi as one of the subjects in the High School or Secondary Examination;(b)The Appointing Authority is satisfied that his integrity is unquestionable and that he is otherwise fit for confirmation.Part-VI Pay
