HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR GAUR Order 18/02/2021 Learned Advocate General Mr.M.S. Singhvi submits that though similar petitions have been dismissed by this Court while passing the order in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1441/2021 (Girish Rangwani vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and other connected writ petitions, decided vide order dated 15.02.2021, however, if the petitioners intend to take benefit from the order passed by Division Bench at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.50/2021 (Shyam Singh vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and other connected matters, at-least, the petitioners are required to furnish security to the State as the State may not suffer loss of the revenue in the event matters are decided against the petitioners.

Learned counsel Mr.Ashutosh Bhatia further submits that after dismissal of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1441/2021 (Girish Rangwani vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) by this Court, the Principal Seat at Jodhpur has again passed an interim order and learned counsel wants to produce the copy of the same.
