Section 35(1) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rules, 2000
(1)The Marketing Committee shall maintain for the use of sellers and buyers a set of samples of standard grades of the declared agricultural produce sold at the market and shall replace the same as may be necessary from time to time. The marketing committee shall also arrange to keep and exhibit samples of different grades of agricultural produce with indications of parity prices based on rates prevailing in terminal and important markets for the information of sellers and buyers.
