Section 6(1)(a) in The Rules for Grant of Scholarships for Prosecution of Higher Studies to Government Employees Belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, 1962

(a)Enrolment or registration, Tuition. Union, Library Magazine, Medical Examination fees and such other fees compulsorily payable by the scholar to the institution or University/Board but the amount in no case shall exceed Rs. 100/-p.m. on all these items;
