(b)The Regional Director of Medical and Health Services of each zone as Additional Chief Registrar of Births and Deaths and the Deputy Director (Statistics) in the Office of the Regional Director of Medical and Health Services as Additional Deputy Chief Registrar of Births and Deaths for their respective Zones.
