In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 (Central Act No. 18 of 1969) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the Director of Health as Chief Registrar of Births and Deaths for the State of Andhra Pradesh.2.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 4 of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 (Central Act No. 18 of 1969) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints:3.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 (Central Act No. 18 of 1969), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints:4.
