27. Restriction on employment of women.
(1)No woman worker shall be required or allowed to work in a work of building construction or engineering construction except between the hours of 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.(2)No employer shall knowingly employ a woman worker in any such work during the six weeks before her expected date of delivery and six weeks after the day of delivery or miscarriage.
