Section 7(7)(c) in Chhattisgarh Panchayat Samvida Shala Shikshak (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2004

(c)Names of all the candidates of unreserved and reserved category shall be kept in the selection list of unreserved category in the order of merit, and if any candidate of reserved category finds a place in this list on merit, his appointment shall not be considered to be against the vacancy in reserved category.
