Section 6(2) in Gujarat Gas (Regulation of Transmission, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2001
(2)Out of the three members -(a)one shall be a person who has special knowledge and professional experience in the field of engineering related to transmission, supply or distribution of gas or designing, hying and operating of pipelines therefor,(b)one shall be a person who has special knowledge and professional experience in the field of administration, economics, commerce, finance, law or management,(c)one shall be a person who possesses qualifications either under clause (a) or (b).
