Section 46(1) in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 2014
(1)The Sub-centres established by the University from time to time, in the manner laid down by the Statutes, shall be operated and maintained as its constituent unit, having University's compliment of facilities, faculty and staff.
