Section 4(10)(iii) in The Merchant Shipping (Continuous Discharge Certificate-cum-Seafarer's Identity Document) Rules, 2001

(iii)The applicant is in possession of a certificate in the prescribed form set out in Annexures "F" and "F" of the Merchant Shipping (Medical Examination) Rules 2000, to the effect that he is medically fit to be employed on board ships.
