14. License to be produced on demand.
(a)Every licensed boat when plying shall carry on board its license which shall be produced when required by the police or any officer duly authorized by the District Magistrate or the Registering officer or the Boat Surveyor :(b)In case of a passenger boat the license shall be produced when required by any passenger for inspection.
