Section 14(3) in Public Debt (Annuity Deposit Certificates) Rules, 1966
(3)The fee referred to in sub-rule (2) shall be paid in multiples of five paise and for this purpose amounts of 21'2 paise and more but less than five paise shall be treated as 5 paise and amounts less than 2112 paise shall be ignored.
