Section 9(1) in Himachal Pradesh Municipal Election Rules, 2015
(1)After the objection(s) or suggestion(s) have been heard and finally decided, the delimitation so made shall be finalized within a period of 45 days from the date of initial publication of the proposal for delimitation by affixing a copy of the same in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, the municipality and at such other places as the Deputy Commissioner may decide and a copy of the same shall be sent to the Government .
