Section 18 in The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Act, 1997
18. Constitution of Committees.
(1)The Board shall consist of the following Committees, namely:-(a)Academic Committee;(b)Finance Committee;(c)Course Committee; not exceeding 20;(d)Equivalence Committee;(e)Special Committee;(2)The Board may constitute such other Committee as it thinks necessary for efficient performance of its functions.(3)The number of members of every Committee constituted by the Board, the term of office or its members and the duties and functions to be discharged by such Committee shall be such as may be prescribed.
