Section 18(1) in The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Act, 1997

(1)The Board shall consist of the following Committees, namely:-

(a)Academic Committee;

(b)Finance Committee;

(c)Course Committee; not exceeding 20;

(d)Equivalence Committee;

(e)Special Committee;
