- In section 43B of the Income-tax Act, in Explanation 4, for clause (aa), the following clause shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of April, 2000, namely:-'(aa) "scheduled bank" shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Explanation to clause (iii) of sub-section (5) of section 11;'.
