Section 68(1) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(1)The University may institute for the benefit of University faculty, officers, teachers, staff and any of the servants of the University in such matters as pension, gratuity, and provident fund as it may deem fit in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by Ordinances;
