Section 91(2) in The U.P. Kshettra Panchayats And Zila Panchayats Adhiniyam, 1961
(2)The [Vitta Evam Vikas Samiti] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.], shall assist the Kshettra Panchayat in the exercise of its powers and performance of its duties and functions in relation to improvement in the field of agriculture, Co-operation, animal husbandry, minor irrigation, rural industries and production works and such other powers, duties and functions as are -(i)required to be exercised or performed by it under this Act; or(ii)delegated to the [Vitta Evam Vikas Samiti] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.], by the Kshettra Panchayat under Section 80.
