Section 79G(1) in Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Rules, 2013
(1)The direct cost of preparing the DPR shall be mentioned by the Project Proponent in detailed and comprehensive proposal. The DPR preparation cost shall include external payout, internal cost, out-of pocket expenses and taxes, all accompanied by original receipts.
