(2)An organisation shall be required to submit three sets of applications (one each to be submitted to (i) the Collector-cum-Chairman, District Council of Culture, (ii) the Director of Culture, and (iii) the Joint/Deputy Secretary to Government, (Department of Culture) in the form prescribed in Schedule I, with the required enclosures, by the end of October.
