Section 151(b) in The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000

(b)in sub- section (8),-(i) for the words" five thousand rupees", the words" fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted;

(ii)for the words" twenty rupees", the words" two hundred rupees" shall be substituted;
