Section 74(1) in The Central Government General Pool Residential Accommodation Rules, 2017
(1)The normal licence fee for accommodation shall be revised every three years based on the Average All India Consumer Price Index (CPI) by the Central Government and shall be applicable to all types of accommodation throughout the country.
