Section 96(2) in Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016
(2)The Knowledge Resource Committee shall consist of the following members, namely :-(a)the Vice-Chancellor - Chairperson ;(b)one Dean of faculty, nominated by the Vice-Chancellor ;(c)one head of the university department or university institution nominated by the Vice-Chancellor ;(d)two members nominated by the Vice-Chancellor, of whom one shall be from industry and the other shall be librarian from a national level organization ;(e)the Registrar ;(f)the Finance and Accounts Officer ;(g)the Director Knowledge Resource Center - Member - Secretary.
