Section 63(3) in The Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957
(3)The angle between the vertical plane containing the upper edge of the picture and the vertical plan containing the observers eye and the remote end of the upper edge of the picture shall not be less than 25 degrees. A strong barrier or other partition, shall be provided to enforce this provisions.
