3. Payment of travelling allowance.
- All outstation Trustees attending any meeting of the Board or any of its committee shall, in addition to such fee as is payable under rule 2, be entitled to receive travelling allowance on the scale applicable to the highest class of officers of the Central Government but shall not be entitled to receive any daily allowance.
