25. Corporations and joint ventures.
- For the purposes of one or more of the objects of the University, it may in accordance with the guidelines and at the discretion of the Chancellor -(a)be a member of any company, organization, association, society, trust or partnership;(b)form, manage or participate in the formation of a company, association, trust or partnership;(c)enter into a joint venture or joint undertaking or agreement or memorandum of understanding with another person, persons, companies, organizations, institution or any University;(d)to do everything for the fulfillment of its powers and objectives.
