Section 43(2) in Telangana State Electrical Licensing Regulations, 2018
(2)If the holder of a Competency Certificate in the employment of a Licensed Contractor, leaves the services or if his service is otherwise terminated, due intimation of such termination shall be given to the Secretary both by him and by the Contractor immediately.
