9. Vice-Chancellor of the University.
(1)there shall be a Vice-Chancellor of the University who shall be appointed in the manner as provided in section 20.(2)[ The term of the Vice-Chancellor shall be for a period of five years.] [Substituted by Delhi Act 7 of 2009, Section 6 published in Delhi Gazette on 22.6.2009 (w.e.f 22.6.2009).]
