29. Death of inmates of protective homes [Section 23(2)(g)].
- In case of death of any of the inmates, the Superintendent shall immediately report the circumstances of the case to the nearest Magistrate. Copies of the report shall also be rent to the Chief Inspector, and to the parents or guardians or relatives, as the case may be, of the inmate.
