Section 21(1) in Punjab Urban Estates (Development and Regulation) Act, 1964
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Chief Administrator, Estate Officer, or any other person acting under their direction in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules, directions or orders made thereunder.
