Section 14(1) in Bihar Civil Court Staff (Class III and Class IV) Rules, 1998
(1)A person appointed in any of the categories (i) and (ii) above for promotion to Junior Selection Grade and Supertime Scale, shall have to pass such departmental examination that may be prescribed by the High Court from time to time.
