Section 26 in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
26. Powers and Functions of Finance Officer.
(1)The Finance Officer shall be responsible for assisting the Pro Chancellor Vice Chancellor, the other Officers the Councils Committees, bodies and other authorities of the University in managing the administration of the finances of the University subject to regulations.(2)He shall be a member of the Governing Executive and Finance Councils.(3)The Pro Chancellor may co-opt the Finance Officer in any other Council Committee, Board or authority of the University.
