(4)In case of revision of star rating plan, an application for renewal of permission shall be made by the permittee not later than one month before its expiry and shall be accompanied by a fee of rupees one thousand payable in electronic mode in favour of the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, New Delhi.Provided that in case of extension of star rating plan, the said renewal fee of rupees one thousand shall be exempted.
