Section 92(1) in Goa Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
(1)The Presiding Officer shall, at the close of the poll, prepare a ballot papers account in Form 'Election-15' and enclose it in a separate cover with the words "Ballot papers account" superscribed thereon.
