Production of witnesses and documents - For the purposes of any inquiry under this Act, any Deputy Commissioner or Revenue Officer shall have power to summon and enforce the attendance of witnesses and compel the production of documents in the same manner as is provided in the case of a Court by the Code of Civil Procedure, [1908 (5 of 1908).]
