Section 19(1) in The West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education Act, 1975
(1)The Council may, with the approval of the State Government, constitute any or more of the following Committees, namely:-(a)the Recognition Committee;(b)the Syllabus Committee;(c)the Examinations Committee;(d)the Finance Committee;(e)the Appeal Committee;(f)such other Committee or Committees as it may think fit.
