91. Procedure in the meeting of Halqa Majlis.
(1)The Budget and programme of works shall be presented [in the meeting of Halqa Majli's] [Substituted vide SRO-262 dated 12-7-1999.] by the Sarpanch or in his absence by the Naib-Sarpanch.(2)The Sarpanch or in his absence the Naib-Sarpanch shall thereafter invite suggestions of the voters present, on the budget and programme of work.
