58. Repair and watering of streets vested in the Board. -
Whenever the Board allow any street vested in them to be used for public traffic, -(a)they shall, as far as practicable, keep the street in good repair and do all things necessary for the safety and convenience of persons using it, and(b)they shall cause the street to be watered, if they consider it necessary to do so for the public convenience.
