Section 1 in The U.P. Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 1976
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 1976.(2)It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf, and different dates may be appointed for different areas of Uttar Pradesh.
