(3)The Regional centre shall establish, within its campus, all or any of the following divisions or cells and such other facilities as it may deem fit :-(a)Examination cell;(b)Research and Development and Industry Co-ordination cell;(c)Administration and Finance cell;(d)Information and Communications Technology cell;(e)Students Grievances Centre.
