29. Reports.
(1)The Authority shall prepare an Annual Report of its working for each financial year and submit it to the State Government along with other reports under section 28.(2)The Authority shall before such date, in such form and at such intervals as may be prescribed, submit the prescribed reports to the State Government.(3)[ the audit report and annual report of the authority shall be laid before both the Houses of the State Legislature by the State Government.] [Inserted by Act 36 of 2014 w.e.f. 06.09.2014.]Chapter - V Miscellaneous
