Section 27(1) in The West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences Act, 1995
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Teachers of the University, officers and other employees shall be appointed by the Council on the recommendation of Selection Committee or Standing Committee as may be prescribed.
